These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Collectos, including the website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using Collectos, you represent that you meet this requirement.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
Collectos may support third-party sign-in methods (including Google, Apple, Facebook, and Microsoft) via an authentication provider (Supabase). You are responsible for maintaining the security of any third-party accounts you use to access the Service.
3. User Content
3.1 Ownership
You retain ownership of the content you create or upload to Collectos ("User Content").
3.2 License to Collectos
By submitting User Content, you grant Collectos a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display your User Content solely to operate, maintain, and improve the Service, and to share it only as directed by your visibility and sharing settings.
3.3 Responsibility
You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that you have all rights necessary to submit it.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes
- Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights
- Harass, abuse, or harm others
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
5. Privacy
Your use of the Service is subject to the Collectos Privacy Policy.
6. Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services. Collectos is not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Collectos shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
