One of the Crown Jewels of my collection. I was out and about running errands on one Sunday when I followed signs to a flea market. A man had a booth that was overflowing with antique tools with no order to them. While digging around, I had to move an old olive green box to the side. And when I finally looked inside I found a perfect condition, almost brand new Stanley sweetheart number 45 combination plane, complete with all of the original manuals, blades, and promotional material. I knew that I had to buy it at any cost. I spent more than I wanted, but certainly less than I could have and I am so happy to have added this amazing, perfect condition tool to my collection that I am going to get great use out of to cut details in my jewelry boxes and other projects.
