Nothing is left in this bed except a few horseradish plants. Once planted, horseradish never goes away.

The horseradish is trying to take over the raised bed, again. I also planted some small watermelon, a cantaloupe and noticed there is a volunteer bean growing which I think I am going to let be.

I didn't realize how much space the sugar baby watermelon and cantaloupe plants need. Good thing they vine out and can just hang on he weed barrier that sourrous the raised bed.

Progress on the size and color…

A garden with watermelon vines sprawling on the ground and green bean plants climbing a trellis.

A small green watermelon growing on a vine near a person's feet in gardening shoes.

The watermelon plant is extending outside. The volunteer pole bean is bringing to the other bed.
